In order to standardize product listings and make it easier for customers to find information about your products, certain document types will no longer be supported on the product detail page.
Starting January 29, 2024, you will no longer be able to upload or edit the following unsupported document types on your product detail pages: 2D CAD, 3D CAD, Application Guide, Brochure, Comparison Chart, Compatibility Guide, FAQ, Size Guide, Specification Sheet, and Product Documentation.
On February 26, 2024, unsupported document types will be removed from your product detail pages and Seller Central.
Before February 26, go to the Manage Product Documents tab and do the following:
Move information from unsupported document types to the appropriate section.
Reupload content to one of the 14 supported document types. For example, an ‘Application Guide’ can be moved to a ‘User Guide.’
